Bitter Gourd

Bitter gourd is cooked as a curry or deep fried & mixed with chopped tomatoes, onions, green chill,, peppers, a dash of lime juice salt & black pepper. Excellent with white rice & dhal curry.

Aubergine 'Wambatu'
